Returns Policy
At Davrat Gallery we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s our returns policy:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you received your items to review, and if necessary, return your purchase from Davrat Gallery. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that personalised products are produced individually for you and we cannot accept returns of any custom or print-on-demand items unless they are faulty or not as described.
- Faulty Items: If the item is faulty or not as described, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it.
- How to Return an Item: Please email returns@davratgallery.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number and provide you with the address to use to return your item
- Return Exceptions: Items cannot be returned if they have been damaged after delivery, or if there are any signs of misuse.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
